• • What payment methods are available, and is it safe to pay on your website?

  We accept payments via credit and debit cards, securely processed through Stripe, a trusted payment service. All transactions are encrypted to ensure your data is protected

• • How does shipping work within Poland and the EU?

  For orders within Poland, we offer delivery via Inpost to your address or to an Inpost locker. For EU countries, we use DPD, DHL, UPS and GLS for direct home delivery. You can select your preferred delivery method at checkout.

• • Can I choose delivery to an Inpost locker?

  Yes, if you’re in Poland, you can select delivery to an Inpost locker. At checkout, simply choose this option and enter the locker ID where you’d like to pick up your order.

• • How long does delivery take?

  Delivery within Poland typically takes 2-3 business days, while orders within the EU arrive within 3-4 business days. All orders are shipped from Poland.

• How much shipment costs?

  We use 5 shipment zones across EU, Poland as domestic shipment + 4 pricing zones. The price will be calculated on checkout, according to your country. We are doing our best to get the best prices from shipping companies. We also offer free shipping for all orders above 100 euro.
